A healthy, new way to get in shape and to burn calories, cardio tennis gives players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. Each class includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases
Tuesdays: 6-7 pm
Session 1: May 6-June 10 (Tuesdays)
Session 2: July 8th -August 12 (Tuesdays)
