Cardio Tennis

A healthy, new way to get in shape and to burn calories, cardio tennis gives players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. Each class includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases

Tuesdays: 6-7 pm & Wednesdays 7:00-8:00 am

Session 1: May 10-June 14 (Tuesdays) May 11- June 15 (Wednesdays) Session 2: July 12-August 16 (Tuesdays) July 13 - August 17 (Wednesdays)
